Liability waiver

Our waiver must be signed prior to participating in the tour. You will be sent an online waiver that you can complete on your electronic device at anytime before your tour starts. You can read it here

Prices

Information and prices currently displayed are valid until 31 March of the following year. As of April 1 of the following year prices are subject to change. All prices are inclusive of GST. Packages prices are subject to change without notice.

Weight compliance: Safety is number one for us and we need to comply to the ATV manufacturers weight restrictions. Our quad bike fleet comprises Hondas 250cc (up to 175Kg), Hondas 90cc (up to 85Kg)  & Polaris 300cc (up to 175Kg). The tour guide will assign you the most ideal bike for you.

Tours

Cassowary sightings not guaranteed. Fruit tasting when in season (around December- March).

Meeting Points

You are responsible for making your way to the following meeting points: Skyrail’s Barron Falls Station or 1015 Kennedy Highway. If arranged, we can pick you up from Kuranda Village Information Centre. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your tour time.

Age

Children from 10 years up can ride their own bike. Infants (under 4 years old can join in our buggy for free). Children/ Infants must be accompanied by an adult.

Fares

Child fare applies to kids 4-14 years old inclusive. Kids under 4 years old can join for free but must seat in the buggy with a paying adult.

Family of 4 fare applies to 2 adults & 2 children (4-14 years old inclusive) from the same family.

Family of 5 fare applies to 2 adults & 3 children (4-14 years old inclusive) from the same family.

Cancellations/Refunds

No refunds on cancellations within 24 hours of departure. 50% refund on cancellations between 48 and 24 hours from departure. Management reserves the right to cancel/refund booking and/or offer alternative tour session due to adverse weather conditions. No refunds on lack of wildlife sightings as we have clearly stated that this is not guaranteed. No refunds upon realising that the customer is unable to ride on its own safely after the briefing and practice ride provided by our tour guide, however whenever possible said customer could join the tour guide in the buggy at no extra cost depending on availability.

COVID Cancellations/ Refunds

100% refund due to pandemic & everything related i.e. border closures, restrictions or you or a member of your group getting symptoms. Kindly present some proof so our team can process your refund i.e medical certificate, flight delays/ cancellation notification, etc.

Payments

You can pay for your quad bike or buggy tour online.

​

Deposits

For bookings with a total amount equal or greater than $500, a deposit of 25% will be required. This amount collected is subject to the same cancellation/refunds terms described above.
